Therapy Assistant at Better Health Alaska in Anchorage

Hello, my name is Kasey and I’m a therapy aide at our South location. What I do is share some stretches and exercise with patients that would help them in their recovery. My coworkers here at Better Health make coming in to work fun. They are all really kind and helpful whenever you need something. I like helping the patients and being able to see how much they’ve improved and changed.

I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. When I’m not working, I like to play volleyball and just being around my friends and family. Growing up, my two older brothers were my inspiration because they were always there for my little brother and I. I’m passionate about volleyball and cooking. I grew up playing volleyball with my eldest brother. I also love to cook because I would always help around the kitchen when my parents wouldn’t even ask me to.
