Patient Care Coordinator

I’m originally from Missouri but have been living in Alaska since 2013. I’m a mommy to three beautiful children and have a passion for painting, crocheting, and baking. During the warmer months, I love spending the weekends taking long hikes with my kids.

Professionally speaking, I have a long background in customer service, although lately, I’ve been focusing on providing direct care for individuals experiencing mental and physical disabilities. I joined the Better Health Juneau team in 2019 as the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC). My role is to not only be the first inviting face you see as you walk through the door but to also serve as your personal assistant.

What I love about working here is that our friendly team strives to provide top-notch care. My priority as a PCC is to make sure each patient is both informed and satisfied with their care. I want to ensure that I can help better the lives of others, even with the smallest of things. I hope by doing so, I can be an inspiration to my children.Â
