  • Stretching and core training of all the major muscle groups should be included in any routine
  • Flexibility and balance of the muscles should be a focus
  • Never go up in intensity and more than 10% in a week
  • Don’t overtrain over overuse your body
  • Give yourself time to recover

The Impact on Daily Activities From Back Pain

From all of the people that have been surveyed and complained of back pain in the past, one in three says that the discomfort is enough to affect their everyday activities. In one study done by APTA Move Forward, these were the findings:

  • 39% of the people said they could not fully participate in daily activities due to back pain
